We ensure balance within all of our projects and between all of our clients.
All work is established to engage aboriginal individuals and communities in projects that have direct effects upon their culture and society. Community and individual involvement is vital to ensure that knowledge collected is representative of the community and to instill a sense of ownership in the process and the end product.
Mentoring of interested individuals is both encouraged and supported throughout the course of each community study and/or project whether in the field or the office.
